I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel in Rimini. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with excellent features and charm that have the wow factor. The breakfast was great, offering a huge variety of delicious options. The pool was good, and the pool attendant was helpful. The staff were polite, well-mannered, and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms may be old-fashioned, but they were clean and had everything I needed to rest comfortably. I would highly recommend this hotel for its grandeur and alluring Italian charm.
I must mention that the area around the hotel can be quite noisy, with music blaring from speakers until late at night. the hotel could improve on its customer care as I discovered a tourist information centre just across the street that could have provided helpful information about nearby excursions.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The location was perfect, just opposite the beach, awesome for easy access to the beautiful coastline. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

This hotel provided luxurious amenities which fulfilled our exclusive needs. the exquisite Spa lounge, Turkish bath, and beauty treatments were first-class and allowed for complete relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool had beach umbrellas and a sun terrace, perfect for lazy afternoons basking under the sun. the staff at the restaurant, bar, and breakfast were attentive, providing in-room breakfast and delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus.
The entertainment was mediocre and not up to par with the luxury status of this hotel. As a minor issue, there was some noise from the cleaning staff who could be heard while carrying out their tasks.
